Don’t respect delays or they contract
December 29th I talked with Sarah to have a Shopify store done ! Payment was made ! Some fishy about the contract so I made them clarify that because Payment was cashed by a third party ! In the contract it was stipulated that you can get your refunds in full if they were not delivering the services for which you paid for ! February 9 Sean has so much excuses for the why the store was not finished and up dated that I decided to cancel all services ! So Sianna Scott from Dropeasesolution the third party says that if a wanted to have my full refund I had to delete my comment in here ! Which I agree on! So on t February 19 th She then send me 2 copies of the request for the refund stating that it will take between 8 to 10 days for me to have my refund . Of course the ten days pass and I haven’t received any refund! So on March 4 I emailed her back ! She said she forwarded my request to give them 48 hours ! Which I did ! I didn’t get any respond now it’s March 7 ! I didn’t received anything no response and no refund ! I’m waiting to get 999usd ! Don’t work with them they don’t respect delays when work is suppose to be done and the don’t respect the contract either ! A week from the 8 to 10 delays and still no refunds! Be carefull ! making a complaint to USA fraud department!
Mars 24 th and no refund was made! Don’t trust them!!

I’d stay away. I tried it knowing it would probably feel like a scam. They don’t tell you upfront that you will need another $2000 to $5000 to finish the initial project. All they do is keep asking for more money. Look up their addresses they provide. Pictures of a house. Then research who owns the house. That will tell you all you need to know.

Update- it’s been over 7 months now since I’ve asking for my refund and they keep ghosting me. I have approve of all documents including the one they promised to initiate the refund. This is one of the most unprofessional company I ever worked with.

Ripped off $6000. Total SCAM. Paid for shopify and amazon. They do Not give refunds. Ghost you in the end after months of lying to me. You’ve been warned.

And I have not made $1 but they burned me for $7K. I promise you buyer be ware …. Do not give these people your $$. Called me and asked if I would remove my first review. NO I will not. I am going to write a review every week until I get my $7k back. Periodically sending a text …. “ I hope this message finds you well”. Are you available for a call and they never call. I will file a BBB report next
