4. AI-Generated Content

Artificial intelligence tools may assist users with grammar or formatting, but reviews must always reflect the reviewer’s own genuine experience.

Content generated entirely by AI and presented as a personal customer experience is not permitted.

RatingsNest may review or remove content that appears misleading, deceptive, or inauthentic.

5. Images and Videos

Users may upload images or videos that:

  • Do not violate copyright laws.
  • Do not expose another person’s private information.
  • Are not manipulated to misrepresent facts.

RatingsNest reserves the right to remove media that violates this policy or applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

Only upload content that you own or have permission to use.

Do not submit content that infringes another party’s:

  • Copyright
  • Trademark
  • Trade dress
  • Patent
  • Other intellectual property rights

Valid infringement notices may result in the removal of the reported content while the matter is reviewed.
