Exactly what the rest of the actual authentic reviews says here… total scam, lying and just try to weasel more money out of you.
On top of doing absolutely nothing on time, nothing greater quality than basic, they constantly lie about everything from timeliness to expectations.
They even managed to get me to buy counterfeit product from one of their suppliers for Amazon and got my credit card stolen in the process.
On top of that got my amazon account suspended, my shopify account CLOSED DOWN because they didn’t get a contract from the supplier and got Me in a legal situation in the state of NJ.
Please don’t trust in this company, they scammed me more than us$ 4,000 and took my inventory and haven’t been paid me yet. I’m still waiting they pay me my inventory.

Present 3 different plans . The 1200 dollar plan says Full Service shopify set up marketing and Management.
While Talking to them I was Reasured they would Handle everything on the 1200 dollar plan. Well The Shopify store took 3 months to Build. Then zhad No product . I had to Send Product ideas to add to the Store. Finnaly got the products loaded and Advertised it On My Facebook threads and got 3 customers . Took 2 months to fulfill orders because They Negelet3d to Set up the Fullfilment process so customers very angry. No customers after that because they Never maintai ed the product. The Site Was A mess from the Begining. No Rhyme or reason to Product placement. No categories on the pages. Asked Several times to fix these things got placations and Lies about Them Being Fixed. Never happened. Then The Orginal Representative quit or gave up.
Got a New Representative and He Decided to Strip the store of Product to reveal it and Make it right. WELL it Git Stripped and Ledt to Rot. 6 months in im out 1200 dollars made nothing . Spent 39 a month to Shopify for nothing.
Lies and More Loes Is What They Are EXPERTS at. So now credit cards and lawyers are The Solutions I guess.

Serious concerns about transparency and accountability
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience so others can make an informed decision.
The marketing plan was described as including ad management and ad budget. After payment, I repeatedly requested direct access to the ad accounts, proof of ad spend on platforms (Meta, Google, etc.), campaign IDs or live previews, performance reports
I was told multiple times that campaigns were “live,” “in learning phase,” or that traffic would reflect “shortly.” However, I was unable to verify any active paid campaigns. The store showed little to no consistent traffic during the time ads were supposedly running.
When I asked for clarification, explanations changed over time ranging from backend delays to algorithm learning periods to dashboard issues. Despite ongoing assurances, I never received clear, verifiable evidence of paid advertising activity tied to my store.
After months of unresolved concerns, I requested a refund since no work was been done at all. I received written confirmation that the refund had been initiated and would be processed within a set timeframe. The funds were never returned.
When payment disputes were filed, documentation was provided to the bank stating services had been delivered. These documentation were not for my services.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company for any services.

Once that Happens then More months of Wasteing time adding Product. Then the bait and Switch Starts. The add for their top tier package States Management and Marketing. Neither is true. The website was never Managed in any form untill I complained enuf to have them do simple things. Marketing is non existent
I asked and asked to show me what marketing they did for my store and Never saw a single example. Then they try the UPSELL of Marketing for an extra cost. Since the marketing include is only organic which means nothing.
So For Onlybanother 799 dollars they will market the store on social media for me. Dirtbags. Now the store products were never updated so availability and prices were correct so nothing was available. The website itself was a mess meaning you had to scroll thru the pages to see what products category it included. None of the things they Were Supose to Fo Was ever done Correctly. And Now My Site was so called Being Revamped to Get it Up to date. All product was removed 2 months ago and Since has been empty. I Demanded my money back and of course I got the silent treatment. Then I Got A Settlement offer and I agreed. Nothing and No Anserws. Horrible people who only exist to Extort more money to Do what they Were supposed to do in the beginning.
Total scam. They wait for you to pay for the initial services and once you pay it’s a bait and switch. You then need to spend additional 2-3k for marketing and optimization if you want to generate ANY sales. Otherwise zero. Took me down for 7k. DO NOT BUY any service from this company. Had to initiate chargebacks and report fraud for wire transfer.
Drop ship Experts, I would not call them experts but liars that scheme to get money from unsuspecting individuals. Every time I turned around someone was resigning and there was a new person that didn’t know anything that was going on but yet lying about what was supposed to be going on and never got anything done. Just a hight turnover rate, do not trust these people everyone is in on the foolishness. The contract is even a scam, and also Tyler the guy that tells you if there is any problems you can reach out to him. Not true as soon as he gets your money you won’t be able to reach him. I gave them over $3000 for a Shopify store, trademark and UPC codes. They never did anything. Be very careful with this new age scam scheme. If they don’t do the work you will never get your money back. Tyler sits at the top of this pyramid scheme. I gave them multiple chances to rectify the problems but all they could do is ask for more money after doing absolutely nothing.
I just wish that I can see some result. I signed up September 2024. Invested close to 20k Up to this day 3/16/25 no solid product yet! Made 5 sales 4 returns! Huh so frustrating!
