My experience was not good with the company when they couldn’t sell products on my shopify store Sarah would put me on the phone with another team member and ask me for more money after I just invested 1k. “No refund “. My advice is to get a more sustainable online business that you can learn step by step strategy that you can have for a life time so you don’t have to depend on a done for you service that is too high risk!!!!!

Awful experience! Hired for Amazon and Walmart stores. Very slow communication, lack of urgency, and incompetence. Made promises that they could not keep. After 8 months, less than half of my Amazon inventory is sold. Walmart store was never created. Won’t refund my money despite having a contract that states it should be refunded.

I cannot say enough to explain to you how awful my experience was with the rocket retail. The lies and broken promises for over a year which at the end of a year have left me with a large loss of money and a shut down Amazon store. Do not let this happen to you. Every time I asked for my money back they gave me a story and never came through. Do not let this happen to you, absolute scam.

Please read Google reviews also. They are so bad , I had to close both my online stores that were set up by them. I lost $10K because of everyone’s incompetence and outright lies. If you use Rocket retail you will lose your money 💰.

I’m so not happy about this process…
I’m so not happy about this process it’s been ten months and I’ve not sold anything yet not one thing but they cost me over $3500. They apologized for the issues and the delays and offered to set up a free Walmart store that never happened literally every week my rep Sadie gives me an excuse on why the delay has been going on for 10 months only reasons no resolution no problem solving no refund no nothing just limbo so my recommendation stay away please for your peace of mind your money and stress stay away

Rocket Retail Mismanaged My Amazon Account
I hired Rocket Retail to manage my Amazon account, and the experience was awful. They entered the wrong product descriptions, which caused returns, account flags, and ultimately serious damage to my account. My inventory—worth over $1,000—was removed and sent to Rocket Retail, but I have never seen it again.
They made mistakes, took no accountability, and left me with losses. This feels like a scam, and I would strongly warn anyone against trusting them with their Amazon business.

Right from the start , I lost money , nothing went right always being promised stuff and never coming through, worsed experience ever , dont waste your money
